Consultations are free and have no obligation. We will meet with you at the sale site to review our services, explain our process and discuss timing. We will also evaluate the items to be sold and offer our expertise on its marketability and suitability for sale.
Once we establish a date for the sale we will begin organizing contents, and documenting collectables, antiques and other high-demand items. We then photograph key merchandise for online marketing. Our research on unique and valuable objects will help us get your items sold at the best possible prices. Clients benefit from our expertise in fair market value based on our experience from past sales, market trends, condition, age and history.

We develop the best marketing plan which can include local and regional print advertising as well as online ads on the most popular Estate Sale focused websites. We also market to our extensive database of customers and collectors. We reach more potential buyers for our clients than they could ever reach themselves.
Our staff manages everything about the sale and makes it worry-free for our customers. We provide manpower for the sale days and provide display tables and signs to keep the flow of shoppers efficient. Sales are typically scheduled for two days unless more time is needed. We will tidy up after the sale and can arrange for the removal of unsold items if needed. Clients can expect reimbursement within 5-7 business days after the close of the sale.
